Somendra Kahatapitiya is the President and sole owner of Emerson Harper & Associates, LLC. With over 17 years of experience in the engineering and subsurface drilling industry, Somendra has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects for State and Local governments.

Somendra has led long-term, multi-million dollar contracts ranging from Design Build to Design Bid Build on State, local, and municipal level projects.

As a seasoned expert in all types of subsurface drilling activities, Somendra possesses the knowledge and experience required to take projects from inception to completion safely and efficiently, ensuring that they are completed within the allocated budget and on time.
